ONLINE RECRUITMENT: CHANGING THE WORLD OF RECRUITMENT

In almost every industry and in the companies belonging to them there is a time when volume recruitment has to be done but this is the most crucial time for them. When volume recruitment is to be done, the companies need not only response in bulk from the candidates but also response from the right and suitable candidates. Generally, when companies have to deal with lots of unsuitable candidates they lose their precious time and the task cannot be completed on time. However, one can expect a better scenario these days as today most of the companies use online recruitment for finding candidates for the vacant job positions in their company. The vacant position is advertised through internet only and candidates are asked to apply for the same through internet. When the companies receive the resumes of candidates they go through them and call the candidates who are eligible for job position for the personal interview. With this practice, companies can save lots of time and they can complete tasks on time. One can also take help from recruitment agencies as they are also using internet for the purpose of recruitment.
