Call Center recruitment is the most critical one as in it large numbers of candidates are required in small duration of time. Due to such requirements, it is not possible for HR department to handle finding new candidates all alone. Thus, in order to fulfill their needs in stipulated time they take help from recruitment agencies. These agencies promote the vacant positions in the company and attract large numbers of job seekers towards the job. However, call centers cannot compromise on the quality of candidates and have to look for it even in situations like volume recruitment. Recruitment agencies help call centers to find deserving candidates by conducting various phases of interviews. If they find any candidate who can clear all the levels, they send him to the hiring company and there he is interviewed again. These agencies use software of different kinds as well for evaluation of candidates and saving further amount of time.
