The manual works of recruitment is no longer required and all these works are done automatically with the help of software solution. This new trend of recruitment has picked up just in 2000. Before that online job recruitment was not so popular. But now we have a paradigm shift because every big or small firm is harnessing themselves by this method of staffing. This flat fee service is proved to be beneficial for these firms. It contributed a lot to the economization of cost of hiring by these firms. It has also helped save huge man power which is now being invested in other productive works. Though the implications of this easy recruitment have not been fully analyzed, some potential drawbacks of this process are being mooted. This is because firms are not in a position to eliminate the ineligible candidates in the very first stage because they are examined on the basis of their application s and resume only.
