This flat fee service is proved to be beneficial for these firms. It contributed a lot to the economization of cost of hiring by these firms. It has also helped save huge man power which is now being invested in other productive works. Though the implications of this easy recruitment have not been fully analyzed, some potential drawbacks of this process are being mooted. This is because firms are not in a position to eliminate the ineligible candidates in the very first stage because they are examined on the basis of their application s and resume only.
